Have you asked Defy about Tr-Mix? It has close to a 10% success rate even for guys that have not had decent erections in years. I use it as do many of the peole on the forum. Works great with no side effects that often come with Viagra and Cialis (Flushing, headache, stuffy nose, etc...)

Also, have you tried increasing Nitric Oxide - perhaps use the NO stack that Gene has, minus the prescription drugs (since you are already on BP meds, you don't want to add more)

what about using doxazosin as a BD med?

Yes tried nitric oxide saw genes stack have done them. Just got Trimix have not done it was at a clinic before they gave a test injection obviously not right dose how long does it take to get right dose usually figured out this is great under 40 will be shooting my penis omg. Only other thing I can think of is from pelvic floor dysfuction which I trully thinik is the cause have trouble having decent bowel movements also saw a GI years ago said this is the cause trying to fix that now with weight reduction and some exercises but not working yet. I think when I was younger lifted heavy weights this probably did it unreal.

The doctors always start way low on the Tri-Mix dosage due to fear of priapism and a trip to the ER. I don't think anyone - or at least not very many people - stay at the starting dose. Work up slow until you find what works. Also, pro tip: test it in a non-critical situation to eliminate anxiety.
