High Cholesterol and Erectile Dysfunction

I never had high cholesterol but do now so having to watch diet etc.. How much does it affect ed etc..

I can't get up zero....... 37 years old driving me nuts insane lol. On 2 bp meds but worked with my cardiologist tried viagra semi worked but not enough to sustain erection for sex basically.

Got my testosterone injections again going yesterday had morning wood this am. But even when my test was 1400 still same issue then my estradiol was like 43 ish now on weekly injection may do twice weekly but this is new program etc..
So not sure if I should lay off the anti estrogen Dr. Saya was debating that also.

Under 40 and two blood pressure medications? I presume you and Dr. Saya reviewed these for the possible impact they have on erectile issues? Have you ever taken a statin?

No never on anything for cholesterol my cardio knows about it now and I am changing diet increasing cardio. I was born with heart defect needed a valve few years back I know last couple years eating on the run did not help from work that has changed.

6'1 248 I have to drop 20-30 I know I use to lift all the time large frame etc.. I have not checked body fat percentage in a while working on dropping pounds.

That certainly makes sense. However, drugs used to control hypertension are often implicated in erectile issues - some drugs more than others. What did Dr. Saya and your cardiologist say when you raised this issue with them? Are there other, effective, medications that could control your blood pressure while minimizing ED problems?

Yes I am well aware of that but it's not the issue trust me. For example the HCG has helped past 6 weeks or so just not fully etc... But I will talk to the cardio again once well balanced etc..

Do you supplement with vitamin D3, Triglycerides 309 looks like you're eating a lot of carbs.

Vince I did have Aortic Stenois for years but saw mixed reviews on that whether it caused it or not please don't tell me I am sol for life lol. I was taking Vitamind3 but and may have been eating lot of carbs then not sure I was working 60 hours a week and on the run I am trying to take care of my health now.

Have you asked Defy about Tr-Mix? It has close to a 100% success rate even for guys that have not had decent erections in years. I use it as do many of the peole on the forum. Works great with no side effects that often come with Viagra and Cialis (Flushing, headache, stuffy nose, etc...)

Also, have you tried increasing Nitric Oxide - perhaps use the NO stack that Gene has, minus the prescription drugs (since you are already on BP meds, you don't want to add more)
