I used to IF a lot, my IGF-1 was always +/- 5 of the top of the range and I am 35 years old. I haven't been doing IF as steadily lately and my IGF-1 has been lower, though not by a huge margin (~20 points). But I should also mention I do CrossFit and lift weights, perhaps my IGF-1 is high already due to those items. So yeah, I do think it can boost GH/IGF, but I think mostly intense exercise helps with those.
