A spreadsheet containing blood work done over the last year or so [Right click and view image to see it all]:
I'm 20, 5'9, never drank alcohol, never smoked, never taken recreational drugs and have been quite vigorously strength training for the last four years or so [Vigorously as in six days a week for four years and maybe missing no more than three scheduled training sessions per year]. I consumed "healthy" foods [Chicken, cod, wholegrain rice, oats, whole eggs, egg whites, etc.] in order to bulk up to 105KG and this was before having any regard for what's happening in my body and only wanting to see more weight being put on a bar in a gym.
I have transitioned to a whole food plant based diet and you can see with each blood tests my results improving which is a mixture of the diet but also importantly shedding additional body fat.
What has left me the most confused about my bloods is testosterone, progesterone and liver enzymes.
I haven't had any type of scan or whatever done on my liver but have read studies regarding strenuous activity resulting in significantly increased liver enzymes.
I have no idea what to say regarding testosterone and especially my elevated progesterone.
I would appreciate advice in interpreting these results.
Thanks!
