HELP: Do I have Deep Vein Thrombosis??

A few days ago I felt a sharp pain on the bottom of my right foot. It was painful to walk on it. Now my whole foot is red, swollen, and warm.
My wife is freaking out and wants to take me to the ER thinking it’s DVT.

But I am sure it can't be...
I’ve only been on TRT since April, and I donated blood last Monday. I got labs last Friday (5 days after donating) and my HCT was 47 (my total T was 1,500)
Would it be possible to have DVT this early (8 weeks) and just after donating blood?

In all honesty, I don't think we should be diagnosing/ruling out DVT on an internet forum. If this is a concern, consult a doctor.

Agreed. Could also be an infection. Go to the doctor. Whatever it is, it is not right and getting worse. Sharp pain = no worries, give it time. Red, warm, swollen = time to see a doctor.
