Help adjusting dose

My free T is 30.1 pg/ml and TT is 912.3 ng/dl taking 16mg of test c daily. What do you think I can cut my daily dosage to, to achieve a FT number in the 24-25 range. Thanks.

Who convinced you to chase numbers? Have you previously established that your optimized clinical response is only at FT = 24-25 pg/ml?

Not chasing numbers. I have low SHBG and when I’m over the top range of FT I convert more and have more Free T and require higher dose AI to control estrogen. Was aiming for just below top range to see how I do.

Are you using a 500cc syinge? It's really tough to accurately dose 0.08 ml. What happens when you dose EOD?

Maybe try 12 mg a day? May drop you to where you want to be. I know your still having high e2 symptoms.

I use a 1/2 ml insulin syringe. It’s actuslly super easy to dose accurately. Not an issue at all.

Thanks man. I was either gunna drop to 15mg or 12mg. You think I should drop to 12? It’s really just a guessing game I suppose. And then you retest to see where you’re at.
