Please someone tell me if this must be a mistake?

Bloodwork 4/11/18, Total T=1272 ng/dl, Total Free=470 pg/ml, estradiol 30.1 pg/ml

8/5/17 T=176, FT=36.4 - started on gel 9/1/17
11/11/17 T=325, FT=63.8 - started cyp shots - 100mg weekly
2/2/18 T=389, FT=67.7, estradiol 56.7
Dr. adjusted dose - 200mg weekly, anastrozole 1mg 3 x wk, (latest results 2nd line above)

is it possible to go from 67.7 to 470? I know it can be confusing between pg/ml and ng/dl so I attached an image of my blood lab
Checked today but my urologist has not gotten these result yet, so I have not discussed this with my Dr.

Your protocol screams T-Clinic, 200mg 1mg AI 3 times a week, you must want osteoporosis.

We need more labs than what you have to explain anything. We need SHBG and to confirm the E2 test is sensitive LS/MS/MS. I'm going to guess that E2 is wrong ELISA (immunoassay) test and that you have low SHBG which makes your protocol wrong for you do to your insane FT numbers.
