I have had both kaiser and anthem in SoCal for TRT with varying results. Anthem is clearly easier to deal with. Kasier will not allow self admin of T shots at home under any circumstances in OC. My experience is that Anthem is a little closer to current protocol. Plus, Kaiser docs have NO latitude to vary from what they are told in terms of Kasier policy. Anthem docs can do what they think best, of course Anthem can choose not to pay for what the doc is calling for. I am currently with Kasier. Love them for everything else so far but TRT is hard to deal with.

OCMAN, I have a great doctor in South OC and he will take your insurance. He's a sports Doc and will work with you and your insurance. He also draws blood in his office and he will do whatever you ask.
