Hi,

My real name is David, im 43 yo, im from Spain and with a few months on TRT.

Im just now with a couple of questions and doubts. Looking this week for a second medical opinion due to my dosage is not adjusted yet and my estradiol is very high.
I knew the forum before thanks to the Nelson's book, that has been my first contact with the theraphy.

Thanks a lot in advance and congratulations for the forum where sure i learn a lot.

Welcome David, high estrogen is usually the result of choosing an injection frequency that isn't appropriate given your pre-TRT biomarkers such as estrogen and SHBG levels.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
