Hi Nelson,

I have a question regarding your video where you demostrate your combo shot. I am going to have only one 100mg testo injection per week. Could I use a different combo like 100mg testo + 0.5ml HCG using the same size of needle etc.. or?

Dr Saya at Defy has me taking my HCG subcutaneous twice a week 2 days before and 2 days after my Test shot. Test intra muscular once a week. I haven't watched Nelsons vid so I don't know how he is doing it...

If you are using 100 mg of testosterone once per week, you can split the dose to 50 mg twice per week plus 500 IU hCG twice per week. Here is the video
