HCG shaken, should I throw it away?

I have my HCG made by a compounding pharmacy. I brought it home and shook it before injecting. I have read that you're not suppose to shake HCG. I wish the pharmacy would have warned me or put a label on it not to shake it. Is the HCG ruined now? Should I throw it away? Thanks

Did you jsut shake it or shake the hell out of it for 10 minutes...? If minimal I'd just keep it but I have no idea if itd be affected or not.

I shook it pretty good for like 5 seconds. Ive done it three times now before injecting.

It's not that fragile. You've mixed it, not broken it. Next time just give the vial a couple of swirls.

Inject 1000 IU and see how your testicles are in 1-2 days. You will know!
