My HCG vial was out of fridge for almost 5 days, can I still use it?

I live in the path of Irma, so I had to evacuate, and there were no flight by the time I had to leave so I had to drive away. Trip was about 3 days and the vial was out of the fridge the whole time, but never in direct sunlight and never in extreme heat. Is it still good? Should I throw it away?

I would still use it, you can probably tell if it still good by injecting it. See how it affects your testicles.
HCG doesn't go bad, refrigeration does protects it potency.
