HCG - Differences if Primary or Secondary?

Isn't HCG effectiveness dependent on if you have primary or secondary?

Exogenous testosterone, TRT, shuts down natural production of LH and FSH. Introducing HCG is necessary no matter if one is dealing with primary or secondary hypogonadism.

Your question wasn't really answered. Yes there's a difference if you're primary or secondary, hcg will generally be prescribed at higher doses if you're primary. For example I am primary and I'm on 1000iu per week. Dr saya has said that before and to me because the testes are usually less responsive in cases of primary to hcg.
