HCG Cold Turkey

I’ve been diagnosed with a cardiomyopathy and I’m thinking I’m going to stop the HCG. I’ll need to stay on TRT though.

1) Is HCG dangerous for the heart?
2) Can I quit cold turkey or do I need to tirate down?

you can quit cold turkey.

My understanding is, the HCG diet is dangerous for the heart, not HCG.
