Have questions on what to do about no sperm and using HCG

Thank you so much Dr Saya. I think I will come down there and see you. I can try clomid for 3 months and see what happens. Will doing HCG in combo with this make any difference or just strictly clomid? I think you can buy online as Clomid is very cheap. I can back off from 5000 to only 500IU's every 3 days too...whatever I can try to restore my fertility I will do.

You don't have to fly down for me to help you giants23, I can help you remotely. Call my office Monday and my staff can give you more details. Of course you're welcome to come down to Tampa if you WANT to.

You would NOT want to use HCG concurrently with the Clomid. Not only would it be unnecessary as long as with the Clomid your pituitary is producing adequate LH+FSH (HCG mimics LH), but taking HCG can and will ironically suppress your own LH production...thus it will be competing with what the Clomid is trying to do (i.e. increase LH/FSH).

Unfortunately I don't think insurance covers a lot of this type of thing which is crazy when you pay in so much. Not sure if you do any kind of studies on cases like mine like u published but you can surely use me to see if you can figure it out... I have no idea what the costs are involved but I can call your 1 800 number or if you have any of those case studies I would surely fly down and try them out. I would definitely give you permission to post all the results as we don't have anyone in this type of field out there looking out for all of us that have an issue like this

I will certainly give you a call and I would have never found you if it wasn't for researching this out of frustration along with everybody's help on this forum like Nelson and about 3 others on here. I really appreciate all of you

Nelson is a friend of mine and that is why he created this forum...to help guys that couldn't find help elsewhere.

BTW, you can likely get all set up with us and probably covered with a few months of clomid treatment for less than you paid for ONE MONTH OF PREGNYL!

The direct office number is 813-445-7342. Hope to discuss your case soon.
