Has anyone used Rad 140 or Ostarine for hypogonadism ?

I'm 5 years post quadruple bypass. Age 56. No heart attack. Was on 140 mg Test Cyp per week. About 1.5 years ago started HCG only, 3500 IU per week. After going off T, total levels dropped to 100. On HCG, my total is only 300 or so with a healthy level of SHBG. I tried adding back in 50mg of Test cyp per week, but it raised my blood pressure 15 points top and bottom. I am thinking to trying to add a sarm like Ostarine or Rad-140 in addition to the HCG to give me a "boost" from here. Has anyone already tried this for Hypogonadism ???

Why don’t you talk to your doctor about blood pressure medicine?

This way you can have your cake and eat it too.

Daily Cialis dropped my blood pressure 35 points and 25 points top to bottom. I’m taking this in combination with a beta blocker.

37.5 mg Carvedilol + 7.5 mg Ramapril for blood pressure. 75 mg plavix antiplatelet, 80 mg famotadine heartburn, 10mg ezetimibe and 40mg simvastatin for cholesterol, and 3500iu HCG. My blood pressure is golden, would rather not mess it up. I had measels and mumps as a child, and that is known to cause hypogonadism. I believe I had been low all my life.

Well then, if no comments, let me ask a dumb question. How will adding ostarine or RAD 140 to my HCG regiment affect my blood work ? My hunch is that I should feel more energy / strength / drive , but because they are not testosterone no increase shows up on blood work. Is this true or not?

Of the two (Ostarine/RAD 140) I would stay away from RAD 140 as there is just a lack of human research showing it is remotely safe to use. Especially since you have already had a quadruple bypass. Ostarine at least has been through Phase II clinical studies.. But we still know very little about it other that at doses used it decreased prostate size and little to no suppression of pituitary gonadotropins. However, the doses suggested, 10 mg to 30 mg are about 10 times the doses used in research and could very well case side effects.

In your case, I would be very careful using substances we know so very little about and instead find you a very good TRT doctor. Some of these creams or nasal sprays or even oral TU might work better for you and be safer in the long run.

Everyone, thanks for the advice. Would there be any merit for me to try low dose of raw unesterified testosterone in a water base ? That would eliminate the oil as a factor that may harm the endothelium? What about peptides such as epithalon, etc.. ?
