Gonadorelin Works For Me. But How?

The top threads on Gonadorelin were several years old, so forgive me if I am asking something that has been discussed already.

I was prescribed Gonadorelin by my clinic, taking 0.5ml two times a week. Within 10 days, my testicular size completely returned after being on TRT for 18 months. My libido is stronger than I ever remember it. I got acne and irritability as the hormones fluctuated, but those two have since gone away.

My question is, why is this working? Everywhere on the internet, I hear men say Gonadorelin does not work unless you use a pump due to its extremely short half life (mere minutes). However, the patient coordinator at my clinic explained to me that even though it only stays in the body for a short while, once it signals the pituitary to start the testes again, that signaling continues from the pituitary for several days even after the Gonadorelin is long gone. Gonadorelin acts like a courier flipping on a light switch, then leaves, but the light stays on.

Does this make sense, scientifically speaking? Does anyone else have experience with Gonadorelin working?

This is somewhat in line with previous case studies from Royal Medical Center, though this is the first time I've seen reporting on subjective results. RMC published good responses in LH and FSH to high doses of gonadorelin. However, I was assuming these were single pulses in response to each injection. I'm curious if you actually have any LH/FSH production between injections. It seems questionable, given that the natural system is pulse-driven. It is true that if you want to treat hypogonadism with gonadorelin alone then you need to dose it many times a day, which mimics the pulsatile delivery of the hypothalamus. I tend to think that some HPTA activity is much better than none, so it's plausible that the infrequent large pulses of gonadorelin are still helpful and yield persistent effects even if there's not sustained LH/FSH production..

What is the concentration of your gonadorelin in µg/mL? Curious about your dose size, which volume alone does not reveal.
