Gonadorelin negative feedback

I'm on Natesto (3 applications daily at 6am, 12pm, 6pm) and think it works to increase energy levels, but I have not noticed a libido enhancement. I previously used a combo of HCG + Tlando and did feel libido improved, but I was only on it for a month. This makes me wonder if Natesto is a bit too short-term to impact libido meaningfully.

I have Gonadorelin troches and am considering using them at 9am and 3pm to keep my testosterone levels more consistently high. My concern is that by doing this I'll create too much negative feedback and shutdown my HPTA. In other words I won't hit the trough that seems necessary to preserve normal HPTA function. Thoughts?

I can't speak to the Gonadorelin, but I had same experience on Natesto and Empower nasal gels/creams. Looks great on paper, but nothing for libido. In fairness, I also struck on libido with injectables.

There are some great discussions on the forum about dopamine being more important than T for libido.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
