Given the Wrong Dosage

Hello and Happy Holidays.

I just started injections with my GP, and the schedule is for (1) 140mg/week test cip injection.

Had my first shot last Friday and then again today.

Their office called to inform me that I actually received 400mg dose today.

My question is about hair loss since I am predisposed to Male BP and I recently discontinued compound test cream because it was causing more thinning.

Kinda freaking out, thinking i should ask for some propecia or take some saw palmento or something or just chill out.

And also, I'm now wondering about when to get my next injection and get back on the original weekly injection schedule (I'm thinking 14 days).

thanks for helping

p.s.
No need to remind me I need to find better qualified care

I would say what's done is done. In a week or two's time it will be clearing out of your system. As you can tell from my posts I am not the most experienced here, but I am learning so take what I say with a grain of salt! :)

From what I have read on line you DO NOT want to put propecia into your body. That stuff is bad news for hormones.

Why arent you self injecting? How anyone confused 400mg with 140 is beyond me, 140 is not a round number that's easy to confuse.

Anyway, what's done is done, the risk to hair loss shouldn't be huge as hair loss is a slow process.

I wouldn't trust them to inject me after they screw up that badly.

You should be self-injecting - probably 99% of us on this forum are. Between not allowing that and confusing 140mg with 400mg, you need a new doc that truly understands TRT.

Good chance most of that will aromatize. One might consider asking for a tablet of anastrozole and take half now and the other in four days. Unless you are experiencing side effects I personally would dose again as usual next week.

If you're looking for a specialist, feel free to PM me.
I've been with PrimeBody for a year and a half and would be happy to answer any & all questions you may have.
