How do you figure the dosing?

By using the pharmacist drop method, the rule of thumb is 20 drops equals the volume of one ML, with a full bottle containing 30ML/600 drops so each drop contains approximately 1.5MG of Tadalafil.

It's a suspension liquid so you have to shake the daylights out of it every time you use it to disperse the tadalafil power in the solution the powder itself isn't soluble in much of anything suitable for a medicinal solution like the sterile Ora Sweet solution they pack it in but the taste isn't unpleasant at all.

No matter how hard you shake it up what you will learn with use is a freshly opened bottle is going to draw a weaker solution in the dropper for the first 20% or so and a much more concentrated solution for the last 20%, when there's maybe 50 drops left you'll see the power that dries and adheres to the top of the bottle I find maybe 1/8 of one ounce of vodka or your choice of spirit added to the bottle and shaken will help to disperse that and get it all back in the bottom of the bottle for another few days worth of dosing but with the long half life the body doesn't seem to know the difference in the small amount of discrepancy so long as you're taking enough of it daily to maintain it in your glucose levels

I take 6-7 drops twice a day of it and I feel better now on account of it than I have in years, and it's solved decades worth of hypertension and inflammation issues for me that no amount of diet, exercise or other meds alone or in combination were able to remedy.

I think this stuff is a miracle drug for men's health and quality of life and grossly underutilized at this point as just an ED drug.
