First Protocol (Not yet started)

Protocol as follows-

70mg test Cyp- Twice per week
500 ius hcg- Same as day as test inject
.125mg Anastrozole - Same as inject schedule
DHEA- 40mg nightly
Omega 3 - 3000-4000 ius per day
Vitamin D - 5000 ius per day

From my research this is a practical beginning protocol; which should be no surprise coming from Defy. My question is in reference to the Anastrozole. With my sensitive estradiol on my intial labs being 6.9, would it be prudent to recontact Defy and request delaying the .125 dose?I know this would have been a great question for the consult, but I wasn’t aware of the potential issues with the anastrozole crashing E during the consult. Linking thread with labs for those interested.

Holding the anastrozole until first follow-up would be reasonable, though Dr Calkins likely had some concern over your very low initial T and how you may aromatize with a significant increase in those levels (among other factors you may have discussed during your consultation).
