First follow up Lab

I wanted some insight on my pre TRT and one month follow up blood labs compare. I am on 160mg t-cyp E3.5D (2x weekly) thanks for your opinions and thoughts.

Pre TRT | 4 weeks TRT follow up

Total T: 331 - 760

Free T : 60 - 164

Free T %: 1.8% - 2.2%

SHGB: 33 - 29

E2: 19 - 37.5

HCT: 47.4 - 47.8

Thanks ERO, I have to say I'm feeling so much better since before treatment. I think there is some room for improvement and adjustment. I'm happy with all the results although I'd like to see my TT around 850-1000 as I still don't have as much energy and sometimes still fell a bit lethargic but nothing like pre TRT. I was thinking monday calling the doctor to see if he will approve upping me 10mgs a week to 180mg/wk. The test was done the 4day after my last injection and I was due that day so basically I would be at my trough. I'm not sure how much peak and trough range is on every 3.5 days but I can't see it being anymore than 100-150ng/dl difference considering the half life, but I would like to hear the more experienced guys in here opinions reguarding that.

You are correct in thinking that for most guys injecting every 3.5 days, there is not a huge swing between peak and trough. Guys with low SHBG do have large swings, but your SHBG is at a good level. One additional thing to consider, you are just 4 weeks in and some effects of TRT take longer to really "show up" for a lot of guys. Said another way, you may feel additional improvements for the next few weeks as well.

Raising your dose 10 mg a week is a safe and prudent increment given your current levels so hopefully your Doc goes along with that as well.

What was said by ERO and Vince is on point. Your numbers look good. I only have a question - was your estradiol measure via the sensitive lab test (LC, MS/MS)?

Thanks for all your input guys. I'm seeing one of the best doc's in the Chicagoland area so I assume he is using the proper test. Here's the report, can you tell me it's the sensitive?

A quick check of the Arup Lab website suggests this was performed via LC, MS/MS methods. So, yes, the correct test.
