First bloodtest after starting TRT

Started on Cypionate approx 8 weeks ago, 70 ml every 3.5 days. My total T shot up from 360 to over 1000. I feel good, but have no libido and my testicles have decreased in size. Is my E2 ratio off or is something else amiss? Thanks in advance.

Libido...is that your interest in or wanting to have sex and cannot because of ED, can get an erection but you're not interested or both...can you tell us the difference?

I dont see a problem in your basic hormone profile...an E of ~40 isn't really "high", per se.

Were you fasted for that test...your Glucose was 104

Just not much in the way of interest. Still can get erection but have to be prodded unlike in the past. Also some desensitization down there.

In re Glucose, I was not fasting. I had eaten a small bowl of granola at 8:00. Draw was around noon.

Those are all great numbers including SHBG. 8 weeks is still very early in the game to expect miracles, it's going to take time. It's taken me almost 6 months to get some energy back and I'm not fatigued as often, still far away from 100 percent though. If you're E2 climbs in the coming months you might be able to just lower your dose a bit and you may not even require an AI if you're lucky, I haven't any need for an AI yet.

You mentioned testicular atrophy? Is HCG being discussed?

I think your labs look great, as CW mentioned I would consider adding HCG for testicles. I inject 500iu of HCG every 3 1/2 days for my full testicles and libido. Cialis or tadalafil help should help with penis sensitivity.
