Falling off a cliff in New Zealand.......Help!

Hello and thank you for having me in the group.
Can anyone shed any light on the potential cause of these plummeting numbers? I am reaching the bottom of the cliff and am trying to find some support in New Zealand but this is proving very difficult.

Otherwise excellent metabolic health 53ys, 82kg, 178cm.
No drive, brain fog, grumpy and all the usual signs. Told now be 3 docs that I am in range and nothing can be done, however they seem happy to prescribe SSRI's and PDEs of which I have refused.

Also in NZ, had similar low results. The female endo said "You don't want to hop on trt, you might want to have children one day". I'm 50 and told her I didn't want to have children, her response was "Well, you're still young!"
I'm on ugl now because despite three separate low readings months apart, they wanted me to wait three more months and test again. What were they waiting for? Puberty 2.0?
