Estrogen test for women

I have been on TRT for a little over 1.5 years, and Excelmale has been a tremendous source for guidance and solid information over that time period. I'm incredibly thankful for this forum and its members. My current question is for my wife. She would like to have some labs run on her hormone levels. Should she have the sensitive estradiol test or the "normal" one?
