Blood work req form question

I went to GP yesterday to get my blood work req for labs. I told her I wanted the sensitive estradiol test and even had the 140244 code written down. We were talking a lot while she was filing out the form and when I got home I noticed that she just checked the box for Estradiol and had not written in sensitive with the correct code. I think she got distracted and just checked the box. Its the standard doctors office blood req form and on the top middle part of the page she hand wrote (test, free, dhea, igf-1 etc... The question I have is, can I just write in Estradiol, sensitive 140244 in there and will that work for labcorp? I don't think the lab will care if its different handwriting I just want to make sure its written in correctly. Thanks
