Estradiol levels survey

Just wondering where the majority of TRT guys are as far their estradiol without an Ai. My estradiol level without an Ai is 49 with the E2 sensitive test [range 8-35] and was 57 with the basic assay test. My doctor was un phased by these numbers. Seems different labs have different upper values, so just curious how others are doing. Thanks

Since starting TRT my E2 [8 - 35] has been as low as 35 and as high as 63. I don't know why it fluctuates, and I don't feel any different when it does.

I think if you're not experiencing any side effects like crazy mood swings / anxiety / depression then it's probably fine. I seem to be very sensitive to E2. Have seen my level at 62 pg/ml.

My levels do very, these are results from my last labs.

Estradiol, Sensitive 25.3 pg/mL range 8.0-35.0, no AI

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
