I am on TRT + Cialis 10mg eod. Cialis really helps however I found I have a bit of extra length on the days I exercise (7 minute workout on an app, push ups, high knees, burpees etc). 
what is this an indication of? and how can i maintain this length without working out every day? I am thin and fairly healthy, relatively low body fat. (130lbs 5'7)
