Enlarged Prostate with Symptoms

I'll try to make this brief.

46 y/o

I was on HCG + minor anastrozole therapy for 10 years. Never an issue. It started to grow ineffective. I started T Cyp slowly alongside HCG + anastrozole. Did this for about 4 months. Never felt quite right. I was having other issues related to a kidney stone and low ferritin.

I did a PCT with enclomiphene over 2 months. I'm back to pre HCG levels from 10 years ago, because I just want to get off of things, lose weight, and just overall seem where I am.

After stopping everything, I started having BPH symptoms that have not gone away. Prostatitis may be the culprit, but I've been on multiple rounds of antibiotics without improvement.

Would restarting HCG potentially help the BPH? Or, is it more likely just coincidence that I am experiencing BPH symptoms since I am getting older. PSA is fine, and unchanged in 20 years.

Take it from someone with experience in the low ferritin arena, TRT isn’t very effective when iron stores are low.

You have all kinds of metabolic abnormalities with low iron.

Daily Cialis is FDA approved for BPH.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
