Endo appointment next week

Hi all, I have an endo app next week , hopefully he will put me on TRT, my T is 234 ng/

any tips advice for when I go see him

The run of the mill Endos typically offer some of the WORST protocols seen on this site, so watch for red flags like one T shot every 2 weeks (or worse, one shot every 3 or 4 weeks), no HCG, no checking of your E2 levels.

Take some time to browse the posts in the Forum, particularly the sticky posts. You are outside the US, Ireland, right? There will be certain aspects of this that will be different for you. For instance, you don't have access to the sensitive estradiol test. To the extent you can, however, go to your appointment well read so as to be able to confirm that your best interests are being served.
