enclomiphone lowered my testosterone

so it looks like enclomiphene was a waste of time for me. I was on 12.5 for about 45 days and my testosterone went from 259 to 224. how can that be. I thought enclomiphene. guess I will go back to troches

Throwing out a couple possibilities: Your SHBG dropped between the measurements, such that an increase in free testosterone was concealed. Or you actually have primary hypogonadism, i.e. testicular insufficiency. Have you tested LH?

It would be nice if you had your labs for LH and FSH. I have primary hypogonadism, My lh and FSH was way above normal levels. I do think even if you are primary, your levels should still increase.
