Elevate Men's Clinic experiences?

I'm about to change providers from my local Dr to telemed. I've looked at Defy but also looking at Elevate Men's Clinic because I like their approach and enjoy Gil's posts on the TRT youtube channel.

Anyone had experiences with them they can share?
