ED more frequent at night then in morning

So in the early morning I normally do not have any ED issue but at night its more of a problem. Anyone have any information on why? I am on TRT twice a week and HCG at the same time. Trying to nail down why.

This has been going on if I don't take tadalafil. If I do then things are good. All blood work is good. I have posted my last labs before. I am on mobile so it's not easy to post those again. My E levels were high so I am on E blocker. I would like to not take tadalafil but might not be an option. I was just wondering why when I am not taking tadalafil that in the morning things work as well as when I am taking it. I don't drink or smoke and I exercise regularly.

I casually notice a difference between morning and night whether its a small thing in libido and/or erectile quality. With NO supplements and Tadalafil I still have a slightly detectable difference.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
