E2 Excessively High?

I'm 70yo, and have been on Test Cyp for about 14 months. Started at 180mg split in two injections, and lowered that to 140mg split in two injections weekly in January. I stumbled across a T/E2 calculator that had my e2 ratio at 180???
Last test in September: Total 1251 (blood drawn at the low point), Free T 160 and estradiol (Ultrasensitive, LC/MS), SHBG 47

Have noticed a lack of libido the past four -five months. I train 2-3xs week and feel pretty good. Have lost 40+ lbs in the last year. My Uro doesn't appear concerned (would like to find another doc)
From comparisons I saw, that e2 ratio seemed crazy high. Any thoughts on that? I am considering lowering the dose again.

Can someone give me specifics on the Total T / E2 formula? For example my Quest labs represent Total T in ng/dl and my E2 in pg/ml. Based on numbers other users are posting I assume the formula is: Ratio = (Total T ng/dl / E2 pg/ml ). Sorry if this has already been posted. I have looked...

The Estradiol was 67. I don't find DHT in this bloodwork. I got the test at Discounted labs. Maybe that's included in another panel

Last test in September: Total 1251

The solution is a simple one, lower the Total T which lowers the Free T and therefore lowers the E2. Also the diminished sexual parameters may have less to do with the E2 and more to do with the excess androgens triggering your body to protect itself by downregulating.

It’s not uncommon for men on cycles to report similar experiences.
