DRY EYES

Hello Guys-
I know you guys are the the expert on all things TRT, but I really need your help on this one.
I'm on TRT for 2 years and suddenly starting having really dry eyes to the point of needing to see a dry eye specialist. You guys have seen it all. Could this be TRT / Estrogen related ? I'm on 28mg IM q 2 days with only 200 IUs hcg twice a week.
Testosterone is 600-800 and estrogen is around 17-30. Varies, but last one was 17 when the dry eyes was pretty bad. This actually started when I was trying to go down on my dose and I had cut out the hcg, but I'm not sure anymore if it's related to my hormones at all, but just wanted to see if you have seen any patterns or experienced anything yourself?

I've always questioned if high or low estrogen is the cause of this.

Just reading how Testosterone can cause hypersecretory seborrhea MGD. (especially if you are acne prone- which I am)
@Nelson Vergel would you know anything about this?
I'm considering quitting TRT to see if this will help improve my dry eyes although I'm aware low testosterone can also do the same, but I didn't have dry eyes before starting TRT

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
