There are many Excelmale members taking it as part of Gene's NO stack. Are you taking any other drugs/supps for ED issues? Do you have specific concerns about Doxazosin?

Not taking anything else other than on 45mg testosterone cyp and 250iu Hcg both twice a week. Do you notice the effects immediately from doxazosin?

I take it at 2 mg daily along with 10 mg of Cialis as part of my NO stack and it has helped with erection quality very well.

There was a big controversy over the possibility that it may actually cause congestive heart failure, to the point where a large trial was stopped partway through. That was back in 2000 and I have not seen any confirming follow-up studies to determine if those findings were not due to confounding variables or systematic sources of bias.

would you explain...is that a benefit to lowering BP? To what benefit is this, I'd add it, for sure...I read about BPH and lowering blood pressure, neither of which I have.

I realize nobody here is a doctor. That being said, I take carvedilol for hbp. Do you think a primary would consider swapping me out for doxazosin?

Doxazosin is an alpha-blocker, and Carvediol is, I believe, a beta-blocker. Your doctor may have a specific reason for preferring one to the other, but it never hurts to raise the question.

I take 4mg daily along with 5mg of cialis and TRT etc.

Doxasosin relaxes smooth tissue which lowers BP and also helps erection quality. What I am taking it mostly for is the fact of being stressed and type A has my neopenepherine levels quite high. This fight flight response pulls blood to core resulting in less blood in extremities notably cold hands feet even in warm weather even with socks etc. of course if blood flow to hands feet is poor it's also poor to penis....not a help for erections.
Since taking it daily hands feet are no longer cold.....erection quality improved I've expirenced no I'll effects from it

Only complaint......it also reduces ejaculate volume retrograde ejaculation to some degree....so in combination with TRT and age it really causes a decrease in volume.

Gee...that kinda sucks. I was going to ask my doctor for script to add it to my ED stack, which isn't working well, to see if I could gain some ground. May be time to reconsider trimix...
