Does testosterone affect sperm shape?

The following statement may sound very innacurate but I heard/read that when you are taking testosterone your sperm deforms. This ends up affecting the health of the fetus as it grows, is this true? I have research and read a few papers on the effects of testosterone on sperm and I have not found anything that states that it will affect the shape of the sperm.

TRT decreases your sperm count, it doesn't deform it.
