Does removing blood reduce testosterone levels?

Say you took out 1000ml of blood. How would that affect your testosterone levels if you're a) natural b) on TRT?

Testosterone is circulating in the blood so if you took out 2 pints wouldn't that cause a noticeable decrease in testosterone?
