Doctor review for TRT doctor in Houston

So i'm not sure saying a Doctors name in here is permitted but i've tried one doctor based off a friends recommendation and the other one based off of my patient care representative. The first Dr at least responded to my questions in a timely manner even when I was overseas working. He made sure I had all the documents I needed for work as well as traveling overseas. I had to change due to distance and cost. So I started with the second Dr who initially didn't want to start me on treatment but did give in. I only saw him once and never heard from him again even after constant emails and phone calls. So long story short i'm going to start treatment again after I have my bloodwork done and my patient care coordinator said I will be seeing a Dr. Rotman out of Houston TX. Has anyone in the Houston area been seen by him and can you give me a little insight into his treatments? Thank you and if this is inappropriate forum for this please disregard.
