I was wondering if anyone has had problems with discount labs?

I place all my items in my cart, and I place my order. Then when I get my script for the blood draw tests are missing. When I log back into my cart, the script and cart match. This has happened to me twice. I don't know if it's an issue of using adding tests from multiple windows, or just something on the back end. Very frustrating. Unfortunately I didn't notice it today until I printed out the script just prior to my heading over to labcorp.

Hi KSPhD, welcome to the forum.

When you received you lab results back from LabCorp or Discounted Labs was there ever a test that you ordered that was not performed?

I have used Discounted Labs many times and have always received lab results for everything I have ordered. Sometimes the print out that I took over to LabCorp looked a little different than my "cart" shows but LabCOrp knows what test to draw for based on what you give them from Discounted Labs.

So, back to the question, have you ever not received labs for a specific test you ordered?

You can always call Discounted Labs as well. I have spoke with them a couple of times and their customer service was first class.

Thanks for the welcome, though I am not really new. Been here a while, I just have not been on here for a while. Since the change in format anyway.

The issues I have are between when I order and when I get the script (the pdf printout to hand to the labcorp people). It's as though the basket at discount labs changes after I order. The script comes and I am missing tests. So I log back into discount labs and the cart looks like the script. I am very detail oriented and use an excel spread sheet to track my orders, prices and results. I have a method in place to double check that I am placing an order with everything in my cart, so I don't think it's my fault. Maybe it's a problem with using multiple tabs into one cart.

In any event, I always get the tests results for whatever is on the script. I've never seen that changed.

I have contacted discount labs, and I hope they have it resolved by the days end.

Update: Discount labs combined my two orders and eliminated one of the lab draw fees. However, in the confusion, SHBG and E2 sensitive were left out. I placed an order today for both and again the E2 sensitive was left out. So I thus far, I have had to place 4 orders and will have to make 2 trips to lab corp in total to get a complete set of labs for Defy. I will say that discount labs has been very responsive, but the issue adding things to the cart and them actually being there when you place the order is very frustrating. I will update again at resolution of these issues.
