Difficulty crossing the finish line

I'm 55, diagnosed with low Testosterone levels, and was started on Testosterone Cypionate 200 mg/mL, using 0.9 mL every two weeks. I noticed the improvement right away. Increased energy levels, my workouts have improved, I'm (finally!) losing weight, and my libido has certainly increased. I don't have any difficulty with erectile function. In fact, I now occasionally have the old high school cliche problem of my little friend popping up to look around at inconvenient times, IYKWIMAITTYD. I'm also not having any sensitivity issues. My problem is I'm just having trouble climaxing. I get close but instead of crossing that finish line, I just sort of stop getting close. My wife is beginning to take it personally. She's also in her 50s and is getting sensitive about her age and that she's not attractive to me anymore, which is very much not true.

Any advice or suggestions?
