Thanks, just asking cause the doc wanted an x-ray. Though he wants me to come in a year from now,and I don't see how that is practicle

The insurance always tries to minimize the cost so the Drs must start with the least expensive test: x-rays -> CT Scan -> MRI, or it will be rejected by the insurance.

It doesn't matter to them which test is best for your health, it's always about money first in the US.
