Are there blood tests that measure levels of the 5α-reductase enzyme and the Aromatase enzyme directly?

I have lower end Free T but have upper end DHT and am wondering if it is because my body is producing too much 5α-reductase enzyme?

It wouldn't be too dissimilar to someone with high levels of aromatase enzymes who over converts to estrogen.

I have only heard of testing DHT. I have never heard of be able to test an enzyme and don't know why anyone would want to because it doesn't change treatment plans.
