DHEA seems to have a very positive effect on my libido. 25mg a day and after a few weeks I notice a much higher libido. I don’t think it has any impact on erections though.

Also seems to give me uncontrollable cystic acne.

Most studies concerning DHEA don't measure estradiol however the few that do have seen an increase in E2 from the DHEA.
So any changes you might notice could be from the DHEA levels being higher or from the E2 being higher.

Since it was descovered , synthetic DHEA use is a hit or miss.
