You bet. I think it is helping me. I take 5 grams every day, even if I'm not going to work out that day along with the L-Citrulline Malate and L-Arginine. I'm still taking the Taurine as well even though it hasn't helped with the ringing in my ears.

I can't say I've retained much if any water from taking it.

I think the creatine is helping with my workouts. I'm pushing more weight than I ever have. I need to actually sit down and work up a schedule so I'm more focused working related muscles like they should be.

I should do the same. I usually work abs and legs or back, shoulders, arms chest.
