Cream / Gel users.... Once a day or more?

I was just reading Jay Campbell's blog about his daily routine and he seems to split his T-cream application half morning/ half evening.

Do any of you do this? What are your benefits from this protocall?

I split gel dose before and found no benefit. I feel better with one application. Crisler said that most do better split dosing. I felt like I did before TRT. Maybe the ones using higher dosing see a benefit. If your doctor doses by total T and you split dose you will be able to use more T and still be in range. My total T level was way lower split dosing. All other lab levels still looked about the same as one dose.

Splitting twice daily, if it works into your lifestyle, is better than once daily. Transdermals have a fast half life so spitting provides for a stable serum concentration levels.
