Crashed My Estadiol - Help!!

This post comes as no surprise to those that saw my post that my doc put me on 1mg/day of anastrazole because my estradiol was at 64. I’m now at less than 5 and I feel horrible.

What on earth do I do now? I’m currently taking .25ml testosterone cyp. and 400iu’s HCG on M/W/F.

Yeah I stopped it last Monday and my labs were taken on Tuesday.

Get some cheap DHEA tablets from China-Mart, 25mg, and take 1 a day for a few days. Will convert to E really easy. Then, find a new Dr.

If I do nothing, continue on HCG and T. How long will it take to rebuild me Estradiol?

No part of this is linear like that.

Anastrazole has a half life of 48 to 50 hours. So your looking between 10 to 12 days to clear your system, 14 days tops.

Be patient and learn from the experience. Maybe fire your doctor for doing this to you.
