Crashed DHEA... should I supplement?

Hello guys,

I might have overshot my Test levels and crashed my DHEA badly, wondering if lowering my dose a bit and supplementing with micronized DHEA and maybe pregnenolone could help...

Getting mainly mental fog, trouble thinking and migranes, they all go away when lowering dose.

Here are my numbers:

Any reason why DHEA crashes?
It’s hard to ignore that when your Total T is 1000>, your DHEA takes a nosedive.

The DHEA might recover a little if your levels were lower. Remember, high T is like stepping on the gas pedal more, you will burn through more stuff.

The question you need to ask yourself, is running these levels sustainable long term…

If it were me, I’d lower the T dosage.

Did you take any corticoid steroids (prednisone, etc.)?
None at all...

Trying to lower the dose... looking to stay in the 800-1,200 range but even when low dosing my T seems to shoot up...
