Cleared out Chrome cache, couldn't log in and system reverted to former screen name. Lost all my alerts. Oh well...

Have you tried resetting your password. I can see that you were last logged in the day before you posted this.

Hi Jason. I was having problems with my VPN connecting, so I cleared out the cache and cookies on Chrome. It made things worse nor did it solve the VPN connection issue. The excelmale reset restored my previous screen name. I created a new password and here I am! Not an issue. Thanks.
