100%! The Vorck Iron Blast does work as advertised. But, one does need to follow his protocol to the letter for optimal results. Anything less than "optimal" may mean you wasted 7 days and in fact, just drove your Hb and Hct up prematurely, (requiring another donation even sooner) without even pulling your Ferritin out of the ditch.
